My client are an award winning Telecoms service provider who supply their leading edge solutions to enterprise and consumer markets globally, they have engaged in expand Recruitment to source a high level Voice Solutions Consultant - Technical Support, VoIP, Virtual Voice Networking for their prestigious HQ for EMEA in Central London.
This is a significant opportunity which will play a crucial role in driving high level complex Voice Solutions and applications to a wide spectrum of clients including Wholesale, Corporate, Reseller and Systems Integrator.
You will be responsible for leading the Commercial and Technical aspects of major bids for these clients, you will have proven ability in making board level technical solution presentations, working alongside the sales teams in closing bids. You will produce high level documentation, working closely with the Programme office you will ensure timely implementation and delivery of the service.
In this highly strategic role you will provide significant value internally in striving to standardise Solutions, Products and services, working closely with internal departments to ensure platforms are supported.
To succeed in securing a interview you must have proven skills in the following;
- Strong Pre/ Post Sales consultancy or Network Design experience ideally from a Systems Integrator, Network Provider.
- Proven sales success with Voice and IP services and ideally Mobile and Carrier Voice Solutions
- A demonstrable understanding of a number of the following: - VOIP, Soft Switching, TDM switching, SDH, TCP/ IP in a LAN/ WAN environment, Managed Services, VPN and Voice over VPN technologies, Access Services, conferencing, Video Streaming, Routing/ Switching technologies including Ethernet and MPLS.
- Excellent and practical knowledge of C7, Q.931, DASS, H.323, Q.SIG, MGCP, SIP signalling is mandatory.
