2nd Line Senior Billing Support Analyst - Unique Opportunity
This high profile organisation is one of the world leaders in their field, as a result of continued growth and expansion into new markets they have a brand new opportunity for an experienced 2nd Line Senior Billing Support Analyst to undertake a pivotal role in their Hosting and Support division.
The successful 2nd Line Billing Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving, or facilitating the resolution of Billing, CRM and Provisioning faults that have been reported to the service desk. This support will be in the form of Remedy / Incident Management support for customers that require an immediate solution, and support for incidents escalated through from the Service Desk in the form of incident records.
The ideal Support Analyst will be experienced in a second line support role, have good analytical skills, excellent communication skills and be customer focused. You must have experience with either billing, provisioning or CRM Systems, experience in all of these is highly desirable. Specific system knowledge would include either Chordiant, Tibco, Singl.eView, Geneva, Siebel or similar systems.
