Senior Quantity Surveyor / MRICS Quantity Surveyor - ABU DHABI -
A Times top 100 big companies to work has recently been awarded a major mixed-use $1.5billion high-rise tower in Abu Dhabi. This construction consultancy will provide cost management and project management services for this high-rise tower project.
Due to the sustained growth of my clients' ever-expanding project portfolio, there is a current requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS Quantity Surveyor to work in Abu Dhabi on this exclusive project.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver this project from inception to completion for the client. Quantity Surveyor you will have experience of delivering a major high-rise building project in the UAE previously. You must be MRICS qualified and from a construction consultancy background. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead a team on this project of around 2-3 quantity surveyors and you will work along side the project managers.
Quantity Surveyor you will be someone who would like to play a major part in the growth and development of a highly experienced and skilled team within a highly respected international construction consultancy practice.
Abu Dhabi is a modern, up-and-coming yet laidback compared to the frantic pace of life in Dubai.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor should expect a market leading, TAX FREE salary dependant on skills and experience but can consist of:
· Circa AED 50,000 per month
· Health insurance
· Travel allowance
· Flights
· Ongoing Training
· Progression within the company
