My client is one of the leading financial software houses in the would and they have been expanding across all areas of the business. They are currently looking for an excellent Salesforce.com administrator to work in an expanding team. A proven level of CRM application and HTML is also required.
The right individual will need to research, propose, implement and support the operation of salesforce.com to achieve, standardization of process, efficiency of practice, measurement of deliverables and improvement of customer satisfaction, through Sales, Marketing & Customer Services and Support departments.
Key areas of expertise:
•Demonstrable experience as an administrator or developer of Salesforce.com with at least 250 end users.
•Good understanding of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes.
•Exposure to Services and Support processes is a plus.
•Experience writing and debugging HTML, S-controls and preferably Apex or able learn Apex code and S-Controls.
•Professional or consulting experience with CRM project experience.
•Proven history with implementation lifecycles including large scale and multi-phase implementations.
•Experience working with clients at various levels of an organization with an ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business partners.
•Solid written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent facilitation skills.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time.
•Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
•Teamplayer but able to work autonomously.
•Strong business process, analytical and problem solving skills.
•Strong working knowledge of data management. Experience with Data Loader and other data scrubbing and reporting tools is a major plus.
•Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
•Customer service-oriented attitude.
•Detailed, organized and results oriented.
•Project management skills preferable.
