MAINTENANCE ELECTRICIAN - Vehicle MOBILE - Camden - 28K
Exciting opportunity to join a UK Market Leader in providing Facilities Management, and Technical support services to private and public sectors with the experience and support of a dedicated, professional work force of over 2,500 staff. They seek 1 key member of staff to complete the team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Commercial Building Maintenance crucially with City & Guilds 236 Parts1 &2 or the equivalent, 16th Edition.
Your role as the Foot Mobile Maintenance Electrician will be mainly covering Central London and the West end, Duties will be to carry Planned & Reactive maintenance to a number of commercial sites including Theatres, Designer Retail shops in Regents street, Corporate offices to name only a few, Hands on duties will include Electrical PPM on Emergency Lighting, BMS, Power Distribution, Small installation, A good understanding of other trades such as Mechanical plant - motors, pumps, Air Conditioning would also be an advantage but is not essential. As this role is very client facing you will require good communication skills as you will be in regular contact with both the client on site and the general public. The company offers excellent training packages not to mention lots of overtime.
Hours of Work
Monday - Friday (08:00am - 17:00pm)
