We are currently looking for three building services engineers (Electrical or Mechanical) to provide expert engineering solutions to large banking client in the East London area. This position requires applicants to have experience in a building services environment. As one of the UK's fastest growing facilities maintenance organisations the successful applicant will be part of a team that provides efficient service to some of London's largest, busiest office environments.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate and implement in-depth knowledge in standard Building Service practices offering both planned and reactive maintenance to the following plant equipment;
•AHU/ FHU's
•Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarm Testing
•Single/ Three-Phase Power
•Pumps
•Motors
•UPS
•Calorifiers
•Cooling Towers
Requirements we have for applicants are that they must hold a valid 16th/ 17th Edition qualification and a history of employment within building services. This role offers a competitive pay scheme and ongoing employment.
