Project Quantity Surveyor - Construction Work with a large Contractor
My client requires a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Construction team, working on a range of mainstream construction projects. Ideally the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have a proven track record of running their own projects, as well as the ambition to move up the ranks to Senior Quantity Surveyor in the near future.
Remuneration:
Between £40,150 - £46,780 per annum, depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
Package to include car / allowance (circa £3,790), as well as benefits (Healthcare, Pension, negotiable Bonus)
Location: Office in Slough

This Construction Firm is a top 10 UK contractor, who have been established in the industry for over 100 years. They have divisions in rail, mainstream construction, civils and defence, with their headquarters based in Central London.
The Quantity Surveyor Role:
The work that the Project Quantity Surveyor will be assigned to is a range of New Build and refurbishment, covering design & build, fit out and traditional building. The project portfolio includes mainstream construction work, and you will be working alongside the rest of the QS / Commercial team. The typical project values are between £200,000 and £2million.
