Construction Planner/ Intermediate Planner
Our client is a medium sized contractor who specialise in housing projects. They seek a Planner/ Intermediate Planner to be based from their head office close to the Watford area.
The company specialises in all aspects of housing, their projects incorporate new build, refurbishment and demolition. Typically they work on affordable housing, key worker housing and various other housing schemes.
They have recently expanded their planning department and due to this they require a planner of intermediate level. This is to work on both tenders and contract plans and the role will incorporate creating programmes from conception and both monitoring/ reporting on progress through to completion.
Salary for this position will be in line with experience, but realistically they can pay up to £55 000 per annum. In addition to this, the company offers an excellent benefits scheme including car allowance, bonus, health and pension.
