Salary: 65000 AED pm
Major Opportunity for a Senior Project Manger looking to progress his career to an Associate role for a construction consultancy. Dubai
The Project for the senior project manager:
Is a major mixed-use development scheme worth in excess of £500 million once completed. This mixed-use project based in the heart of Dubai, Sports City and will encompass retail, leisure, offices and commercial facilities. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to head up this project. The lucky Senior Project Manager/ Associate Project Manager is being brought in to work on several projects that all contribute to the major development mentioned above.
The Client:
This Consultancy is a leading firm of construction cost management and offers a range of services including Project Management. Currently one of the leading cost management consultancies in the industry. They require a driven Senior Project Manager to join their Dubai team and help drive business forward.
The lucky Senior Project Manager/ Associate Project Manager is being brought in to work on several projects that all contribute to the major development mentioned above.
The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager:
The successful individual will have?
*A track record of achievement within a Construction Consultancy
*Proven ability to manage projects independently
*Excellent technical and IT skills
*A thirst to satisfy clients' requirements
*Strong interpersonal skills
