An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a successful IT network management company as they look to grow their management team. You will act as a focal point of contact for customers; providing a high standard of customer support and service and ensuring SLAs are met. You will effectively manage our customer relationships; building and maintaining relationships whilst promoting the image of the company. You will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; with the ability to effectively deal with difficult situations.
