My client is a well-known International organisation and one of the world's top technology innovators. They are the global leader in hardware and software solutions, offering the widest range of technology, consulting services and solutions in the industry. They are currently looking for customer support analysts for the South East and South West Regions to provide remote and client side support. This position will involve supporting the company sales teams at client sales meetings and providing a broad range of technical support and consultancy to sales representatives and new customers. A broad range of IT skills are needed including knowledge of SQL Server, Windows, Unix and Apple Mac. The ideal candidate must have previous knowledge of the Adobe creative suite, Printing, Digital Colour and an in-depth understanding of the Graphic Arts Workflow. Previous experience of working within a customer facing technical support role is required and any knowledge of pre-sales support would be beneficial although not essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required along with the ability to provide technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
