Due to continued expansion, a leading professional services org is looking for ambitious Wintel 3rd Line Support Analysts to join their small team based in Hertfordshire or Milton Keynes. The successful candidates will manage the technical aspects of service delivery, including project implementation and validation, problem investigation, support documentation and technical coaching. As part of the role, you will pprovide a point of technical escalation and expertise; Respond to calls logged on the Call management system and provide end users with a technical solution within SLAs; and understand and manage the technical escalation process for hardware and software incidents; To qualify the succesfull candidate a good knowledge of IT platforms, equipment and applications, with a strong knowledge of Active Directory, Citrix, VMware and Windows 2003 / 2008. You should also have experience of Scripting, ISA SMS, RSA/ ACE and MS Cluster Services, with the ability to formulate a presentation. You must have excellent communication skills and reporting experience with the ability to work in a team and to support team members, and work under pressure. Any exposure to Symantec, Enterprise Vault, or Change Auditor would secure your interview.
