They are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to join their team based from their offices in Dubai and working on projects in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East.


<b><u>Who They are Looking for?</ b></ u>

The Senior Project Manager / I Project Manager will be able to demonstrate a sound background with a developer. You will ideally be degree qualified either Civils, build or Architecture and have 7- 12 years experience managing large scale projects.

You will ideally have worked in the Middle East before, but this is not essential.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of working on apartment blocks, mixed use and multi storey projects.

You will have experience of High Rise, notably projects with 15 or more floors.

You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, leadership and the ability to multi task.


<b><u>The Role of the Senior Project Manager / Project Manager</ b></ u>

You will take on the Client Representative role. You will have substantial exposure to construction management of high rise towers.

You will also be responsible for overall project control, involved in every aspect of contract agreements and costs. You will be comfortable to make recommendations and bring value engineering to the project.

You will be responsible for directing the professional consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters.

You will be responsible for less senior members of staff and have the ability to manage a team.
