A world ranked international construction consultancy with offices worldwide are seeking a Senior Architect/ Architect to join their team to work on some of the most awe inspiring projects in the world. The successful candidate will be working on large scale building projects based from their offices in Dubai. This company offers a generous expatriate salary and full assistance in relocation.
<b><u>Who They are Looking for?</ b></ u>
The Senior Architect / Architect will be able to demonstrate a sound background within a consultancy environment.
You will ideally have B.Arch Degree in Architecture and membership of a professional association such as RIBA or AIA.
You will have the ability to see a project through, from inception to completion.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of large scale projects and wish to work in the UAE.
<b><u>The Role of the Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor</ b></ u>
The Senior Architect will be responsible for reviewing documents at various phases in accordance with projects plans for the successful completion of the project works. In this role understanding urban and architectural quality will be paramount as will interpreting building and zoning codes and providing technical solutions that will influence design.
You will be responsible for reviewing documents in various phases for design intent, materials use and Master Plan intent. Proposing improved solutions on technical issues influencing design.
You will be coordinating with plot owner's consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies as necessary in meetings, drawings and other forms of communication.
