My client, with an order book of over £500m, undertakes a wide range of construction projects throughout London and the Home Counties. Specialising in commercial builds with some housing and this opportunity is based out of the Reading office.
The successful Senior/ Project Quantity Surveyor will be given full financial control of a range of projects up to a value of £6m. Recent projects that have been awarded that you will be involved in include a commercial development worth £6m and a £3m mixed use development. You will be joining a team of 2 other surveyors reporting to the Managing Surveyor.
Your responsibilities will include looking after the project from inception to completion so you must be competent in proper take offs and have some experience of running multiple projects at once. You will be degree qualified with 5 years main contractor experience in running your own projects
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be rewarded with:
·Up to £58,900 per annum, depending on experience
·BUPA
·Car/ Allowance
·Pension Contributions
·Life Insurance
