Project Planner/ Planning Engineer - Major UK Contractor
My client, a major UK contractor, is currently looking for a Project Planner/ Planning Engineer with the appropriate background to join their team based in Hertfordshire.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working on the pre-construction programmes for a number of new build and refurbishment projects. This role will be primarily based out of their Hertfordshire office, located near to Stevenage.
The Company
My client has been operating for over 150 years and employs over 500 people in the UK. As a company, they have a reputation for their excellent working conditions, and have won consecutive awards to this effect. They operate in a number of sectors, including retail, leisure, education, hotel, health and commercial projects.
Essential Skills
- The ideal candidate will have spent a minimum of 2 years working as a Planner.
- You will ideally have 2 years experience working with a site/ construction environment.
- You will be proficient in the use of planning software, i.e MS Project, Powerproject, Primavera, P3, P3e, P6.
Remuneration
The client is able to pay up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on planning experience) and offer an attractive benefits package comprising of company car / car allowance, pension scheme and healthcare.
