Our client is based in the financial services sector and they are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their IT Infrastructure team located in Egham, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be assisting 2nd line support technicians when needed and providing 3rd level support for the suite of Business applications.
Ongoing support to service desk call logging faults for network, hardware and software issues.
Must be able to manage and plan projects in a cost effective way.

- Experience in Lotus Notes Server.
- Working experience with Active Directory with group policies using Windows 2000/ 2003 including TCP/ IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Exposed to managing Business Projects.
- Experience of backup architecture.
