Chillers Engineer:
We are currently looking for experienced Chiller engineers within the maintenance industry to carry out various roles in and around the London area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building chiller maintenance and able to take control and supervise, organise materials and liaise with the client in a professional and well organised manor. BMS experience an advantage but not essential.
Main Duties:
1.Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.
2.Provide first line liaison with the Client.
3.To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required.
4.Complete worksheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation for the Clients representative.
5.Carry out fault diagnosis, repair of and advice as required.
6.Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.
7.To control and advice on the BMS system.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
a. C & G in A/ C/ Chiller Engineering or Equivalent
b. General plant maintenance on Air conditioning Chillers pumps & actuators.
c. On site Chiller maintenance experience (3 years)
d. BMS experience an advantage
e. Experience in PPM's & reactive works
f. Full UK driving licence an advantage but not essential
