Working on a C# application, with Windows-native embedded components, developed by an eight-person team in close liaison with many sites worldwide, this is an ideal post for experienced software developer looking to step up into a project management role, as there is plenty of opportunity to mix day-to-day development along with the project planning and design.
The Technical Project Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day project management and scheduling, code quality and architectural integrity along with significant user-interface design and coding. You will also be responsible for the project planning and daily triage.
Candidates will be expected to be comfortable in a wide range of languages and techniques, including C# / Java, and python or other scripting languages.
# The ideal candidate would be experienced and comfortable working throughout the server application stack as well as on the client-side.
# Familiarity with functional programming techniques would be a advantage.
# Experience with functional programming languages such as OCaml, ML, or Haskell would be a strong advantage.
