Penta consulting urgently require an experienced Ericsson 3G Radio Network Design Engineer. Consolidated experience in radio network planning and coverage optimization, for Ericsson 3G networks. Very sound knowledge of a 3G planning tools. Main responsibilities include design verification of the existing Node B RF design and make value suggestions to improve overall performance in terms of coverage-capacity, RF optimization suggestions for the existing network, neighbour optimization suggestions, CPICH and channel power optimization suggestions, review of the existing code planning. You will be involved in evaluating and improving existing coverage (Antenna related, idle mode, active mode, RACH improvement suggestions etc). You also will be involved in Cross Functional (CFT) support for all the optimization activities mentioned above with 3G Radio Network optimization team. RF Design (3G) for the new capacity & coverage Rollout.
