Client Solutions Partner / Architect - based either London or Berkshire - TOP Package.
My client is one of the most successful IT Services companies, providing software led IT solutions, remote infrastructure management services along with business process outsourcing.
Brief overview of the role:
This is a strategic engagement role:
Strategic Point of Contact for the Client - Acting as a contact point and critical friend to the client's senior management team regarding strategic IT & Business issues across their landscape and how my client can provide support/ assistance.
An internal enabling role - engaging with Client Partners and Engagement Management teams to help gain incremental business and win new business opportunities by facilitating the creation of IT & Business solutions based on my client's Value Add Framework (including APO and consulting).
An internal Advisory role - Acting as an independent advisor to the Client Partner and Delivery teams by keeping track of the health of the engagement and helping to minimise delivery alerts.
