Technical Author / Technical Writer with Semiconductor / Electronics experience required by East Anglia based company to prepare User, Reference and API documentation to assist product deployment. Degree qualified, preferably with a good semiconductor R&D background.

Our key client is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to work on all aspects of their documentation preparation. Your background will be from a Computer Science realm.

Requirements:

-Proven technical writing and content management abilities

-Full competency with XML, DocBook or DITA

-Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Javascript, HTML & CSS

-Content management experience

-Knowledge of system software and server/ storage virtualisation

Responsibilities:

-Create documentation and applications notes for a technical audience

-Liaising and negotiating with a wide range of people throughout the organisation
