A leading professional services organisation is looking for an ambitious and customer facing Post sales Technical Lead with the ability to lead a large technical project team/ s with broad experience within the IT industry. You will have experience as a Senior Technical Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience of more than one current/ relevant area of technology and it's business application, with the ability to design complex multi technology solutions, along with demonstrable ability to provide input into commercial/ technical documents and to develop solution specific business cases. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiating skills with the ability to present large internal and external audiences and will have worked on consultancy assignments within a wide variety organisations. We would expect you to have gained your experience working within a large organisation (more than 1000 IT users), gaining an in depth knowledge of one particular market sector. Your role will be to act as the design authority for a programme of inter-related projects, undertaking individual consultancy assignments, analysing customer requirements, gathering & analysing data, recommending solutions. You will take the technical lead on assignments using more than one consultant, own & manage the scoping & definition of IT strategies by understanding & translating business requirements into technical realities, and technically manage the design & implementation of large scale solutions.
