The largest management organisation for newspapers in the UK are looking to recruit a Networks Architect based in West London. You will be responsible for leading network infrastructure projects and providing guidance to IT teams around solutions design, implementation and ongoing support. Through working with both Solutions and Architecture teams you will define roadmaps for networks and security. This will require analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex network problems, supporting the implementation of new technology installations, providing recommendations covering the LAN/ WAN infrastructure and liaising with 3rd party suppliers. You will have a seasoned background within Data Networks (WAN/ LAN) design and support, first hand experience of CISCO routers and switches, IP telephony technologies, installation, configuration and deployment. You will be CISCO certified and ideally CCIE certified. This is an opportunity requires strong communication skills to allow the building of strong relationships internal and external stakeholders.
