Leading U.S Medical Devices company has an urgent requirement in the Limerick area for a Validation Engineer for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:
+To lead Validation activity in the development of new processes.
+To ensure all project Documentation is compliant
++ To actively participate in the development, review and approval of process, and test validations.
+To complete URS's and vendor selection for various new pieces of equipment.
+Develop sampling plans and process capabilities for all validation related activities.
+Utilise six sigma tools in all aspects of new and ongoing project work
+Prepare the validation matrix
+Assist QA/ QE in the integration of GxP packages.

Role
+Degree in Engineering or Science is a pre requisite
+Must have proven validation lead experience
+Must have excellent problem solving and analytical techniques
+Experience of working in the deign and development of pharma/ medical devices with antibiotic is a distinct advantage
