My client, based in Northallerton, are looking to recruit Technical Support Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a varied role and will include elements of helpdesk support, desktop support, network admin and involvement with current IT projects. Candidates must have prior experience in an IT support capacity with knowledge of Windows XP/ 2000, basic Active Directory and e-mail admin, basic networking and strong customer facing skills. Some local travel required so a full driving license and access to transport is essential. Apply with cv for info.
