US Project Manager - Lincoln, East Midlands. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a successful IT network management company as they look to grow their management team. The role is entirely centred on the company's US operations and so the daily hours are 2pm - 10pm (to be in line with the US working day). You will manage the US team to ensure quality service is delivered to US customers; act as a first point of contact to customers; ensure excellent customer service and issues are quickly resolved. Main Responsibilities - Act as focal point of contact for US customers - Liaise with US customers to resolve complaints and requests, ensure Service Level Agreements are met. - Manage the US team allocating resources properly. Essential - Degree calibre (or equivalent) Strong confident communicator Ability to appreciate Business and Customer perspective Excellent customer service skills, with tact and diplomacy Ability to deal with Customer complaints Ability to prioritise and organise work Dynamic and adaptable to change Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Understanding of IT operations Managing IT projects. Desirable - PRINCE2 qualification Understanding of cultural issues between US and UK Experience of managing international projects Experience of working in a customer service role.
