This role has come about due to a sustained period of expansion, and is with an extremely reputable main contractor. Turning over in excess of £87m per annum, this company has big plans for the future success of the business and its staff.
My client is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of projects across the Kent, Sussex and Surrey area. This role will be predominantly site based but will include the occasional visit to head office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
The team you will be joining are involved in a wide range of new build projects, primarily in the commercial and education markets. With values ranging from £1.5m up to £14m.
Skills
The successful candidate will have contracting experience, ideally within the commercial sector, and will have a relevant construction related degree. Eligibility to live and work in the UK is essential
