The ideal CDM Co-ordinator for this property consultancy will be based in the Norwich or Norfolk area although consideration will be given to candidates looking to relocate. You will hold a NEBOSH certificate and have a background either construction or design – full support will be given in further studies towards the NEBOSH Diploma if this has not already been achieved. You will also be fully conversant with the role of CDM Co-ordinator and be fully conversant with the CDM regulations and proposed forthcoming changes.
This property consultancy are looking for a dedicated and ambitious CDM Co-ordinator for their Norwich office who holds the relevant technical knowledge whilst also having excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues of all levels.
