<b>Senior Quantity Surveyor / Qualified Quantity Surveyor ~ London</ b>
My client offers a tailored approach to Quantity surveying and Project Management. They are able to provide Cost Management from inception through to completion closely keyed with proactive Project Management of the Construction process, and they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their London based team.
The successful Quantity Surveyor / Qualified Quantity Surveyor will be working on residential and high end retail projects in the value of around £5million in the London area.
<b>What are they looking for in the Quantity Surveyor / Qualified Quantity Surveyor?</ b>
You will be a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 5 Years post qualification experience.
You will have experience of both pre and post contract residential and high end retail projects.
Ideally based around the London area, or within commutable distance.
<b>In Return?</ b>
The Quantity Surveyor / Qualified Quantity Surveyor should expect a salary of circa £45,000 to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits Package.
