MAJOR PROJECT IN DUBAI
They have been a pioneering force in the planning, design and implementation of development projects in the Middle East, Africa and Asia since its beginnings in 1956. Today we are a global consultancy with 43 offices throughout 29 countries; known for our problem identification, tailor made-designs, quality, on-time deliverables and multi-disciplinary expertise.
Candidates should be Graduate in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Should have good hands-on experience based on using various Impact Analysis in dealing with extension of time claims. Should be well versed in using Primavera software. Should have sound knowledge in Construction Law and all main forms of construction contracts including FIDIC.
Should be a Associate of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb)
The ideal claims manager will be responsible for extension of time, evaluation, assessment and resolution of claims, provide advice on, as well as being involved directly with settlement. Advising on the contractual risk issues on Conditions of Contract and Loss & Expense, Extension of Time Claims and contractual procedures etc.
Salary is negotiable for the claims manager depending on experience.
