Reporting to the Business Systems Manager

PURPOSE
The purposes of this role are as follows:

To work with the business both to record the business processes as supported by the IT systems currently in place and to develop and implement changes to the systems.
To elicit and document user requirements in a form that is readily understood and easily interpreted by end users and IT. To plan, agree and implement any changes to existing systems.
