My NHS client in Leeds require a Contact Centre Team Leader/ Helpdesk Team Leader for a 3 month initial contract. You will have significant experience in Contact Centre Customer Service environments with an excellent knowledge of call logging tools. Proven experience of the following required; team leading skills, planning and analytical skills, complaint handling, strong negotiation skills.
You will have managed teams of 15 plus with extensive experience as a Team Leader. Experience gained within the NHS required.
