Up and Coming M&E Maintenance Manager needed within Prestigeous Law Firm.
Our Client are leading provider of Facilities Maintenance and Energy Saving Solutions to Blue-Chip Companies.
They have specified the need for a Site Manager to manage the maintenance of a prestigious Law firms electrical, mechanical and hvac systems based in the City. Managing the financial and operational aspects of the Maintenance contract you are to ensure the customer receives an excellent level of service delivery whilst maintaining the contracts profitability.
Candidates will have come from a M&E maintenance background and will have previously successfully managed the day to day of a static site. Candidates will also have budgetary skills and excellent customer facing skills.
Our Client has also mentioned they are prepared to consider more junior candidates for the role, as such they are able to provide training and support to candidates who show promise and an excellent attitude.
