Web MIS Analyst - SAS - Banking - Bedfordshire - £28-40K + benefits
Leading global banking organisation is seeking experienced MI Analysts to work with sales data and customer information to identify trends and derive business insights. This is an exciting role working on a new initiative within the bank, and offers excellent skill and career development prospects.
You'll analyse sales data, customer accounts and product profitability and will prepare reports and analysis for use across the business. In addition, you'll champion the Voice of Customer (VOC) initiative, where you'll focus specifically on analysing customer data to improve customer satisfaction.
Successful candidates will be experienced self starters with strong experience of MI analysis, and a focus on customer satisfaction. You'll need strong experience on SAS and SQL and any candidates with experience of Web Analytics will be highly advantageous.
