The Manager of Process and Change Management will join a dynamic team responsible for managing a large team within process and change management who's job is to ensure that the ITIL process performance is regularly measured and evaluated through best practice.

You will be directly responsible for leading the team to drive continuous improvements and stretching the ITO organisation to the best of breed performance. Ensure the team collaborates on continuous process optimisation, correct process flow and correct any process failings as well as support any compliance programs.

You will be confident in people management and have previously managed a team, will have a proven track record in process and change management and have worked on IT out sourcing projects ideally. You will also have a strong knowledge of Six Sigma and ITIL.

To be considered for this role we require people with following skills and experience;

Strong management experience
A proven track record in IT with experience in outsourcing organisations
Have worked in a process-based organisation
Actively worked as a coach, manager and instructor
Knowledge of and experience with six sigma programmes Expert knowledge of compliance requirements.
Be educated to degree standard or equivalent
