To assist with the commercial and contractual aspects this magnificent project to and be a member of a Project Team advising and providing strategic input and Commercial expertise to support to the Project.
The position will encompass some support work such as identifying and quantifying risk and opportunity in bids and tenders. To support key negotiations with prospective customers, partners, contractors and sub-contractors. - Where required, ensure a commercial focus is maintained in established and/ or developing markets - To take the lead responsibility in developing, implementing and reviewing effective commercial activity within a project, ensuring that: - Ensure Cash Management is affected
Applicants must a have previous experience of £multi-million Design and Build Schemes and should have a proven track record of running schemes over £30M whilst providing coverall commercial support to the region.

The successful candidate is likely to have in previous managerial experience and ideally be a Member of a Professional Body with Intermediate Level Qualifications as a minimum.
