We are looking for a Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to be based in Sweden with a strong technical background in Analogue or Power products. It is likely you will previously have had some design experience.
As a technology innovator in power electronics, our client requires a Field Applications Engineer based in Sweden to provide technical support and be a key contributor to the sales process. You will also take responsibility for product definition for key applications.
Your goal will be design-ins at key OEM accounts and well as working with distribution. Your targeted segments will be within the Telecom, Gateway, Motion Control and Lighting arena. In addition you will provide product training to sales and distribution whilst contributing to application notes.
Finally you will take ownership for arranging and conducting customer seminars and marketing resources.
You will need the following attributes to succeed in this role:
Degree qualified in electronics or a related field.
Strong analog or power technical skills
Previous customer facing experience would be beneficial
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
A strong team worker but also with the ability to work independently
A willingness to travel extensively
