1st/ 2nd line technical support, data centre, infrastructure, server
A well respected global leading provider of IT operations and services is currently seeking to add to their elite team as a result of continued growth and expansion. This new role offers a great opportunity to join a universally renowned employer in an interesting role, whilst benefitting from a premium benefits package and great rate of pay.
The position itself will focus on the provision of remote and telephone based technical support to clients with infrastructure based technical queries. This technical position will involve working in an ITIL environment to provide consistent , market leading provision of support services to world market leading clients and brands.
The potential for career progression and development offered by this client (including training/ study allowances etc) cannot be over exaggerated so please apply asap.
The successful candidate will have proven commercial experience providing technical support, ideally in an ITIL environment. Any infrastructure/ data centre/ server technology experience at any level would be highly beneficial and should be clear in applicants CV's.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the client and their current projects, low level security clearance may be required. As such all applicants must have been in the country for at least 5 years.
