Our international client is currently looking for a an IT project Coordinator to be an integral part of the IT operations. Coordinating the ideas from the different product managers to both the internal and external IT functions making sure they are delivering what have been asked for according to deadline. The role is based in Malta.
The successful candidate will be the interface between the business and the IT functions making sure different IT projects are executed in accordance to the specifications given and to deadline.
•Gathering business requirements forwarding these onto the internal IT department as well as to the external IT partner.
•Managing the process, updating the business on how things are proceeding, follow up on the projects and monitoring completion of all project tasks to ensure work is completed on time.
•Prioritise requirements and ensure time lags are minimised.
•Manage the relationship with external IT Partner in regards to project requirements, timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
•Extensive project coordination skills and experience.
•Good knowledge of IT terminology
•Great attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and communication skills.
•Flexibility and being able to work under pressure
•Fluent Swedish and English
