This is a highly visible, NEWLY CREATED opportunity for a proven Head of Technical Solutions to join a pioneering Global organisation.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Technical Solutions Consultants, which will include coaching, performance monitoring and organic growth of the team, you will be tasked with driving internal departments - Sales, Product and Engineering to create complex solutions for Major Enterprise customers, Significant Public Sector clients, Carrier Wholesale and Service Providers.
As a proven Solutions leader you will have presented to all levels of an organisation including C and Board level, technically astute with ability to creating Multi-Million pound solutions.
In this highly strategic role you will participate in shaping, implementing and improving organisation wide processes and systems,
To be considered for this unique role you must have the following skills and experience;
- Experience of working in a Pre/ Post sales, Managed Services organisation or Consultancy, System Integrator/ Network Integrator.
- Must have proven leadership skills and gravitas to engage in team and matrix teams gained in a similar Presales division
- Ideally MBA Qualified
- Significant experience of developing large complex bids and solutions - worth multi million pounds.
- Commercial skills
- Product Management experience is desirable
- Demonstrable experience of IT Applications in Wan environments, MPLS VPNs, QoS, ATM and FR migration to MPLS, Ethernet WANs, Data storage WANs, VOIP, Soft Switching, TDM switching, SDH, Access Services, conferencing, Video Streaming, Routing/ Switching technologies.
