IT Service Delivery Manager London £55-62k
IT Service Delivery Manager Practitioner Manager. My client, a world leader in their field is now looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have had proven experience with II Service Management with either ITIL Practitioner or Manager level certifications. You will have had experience of managing services with Service Level Agreements and assisting in the development / modification of new SLAs as required. You will also have had previous experience of continuous operations in large, demanding environments as well as a ready willingness to take ownership of problems (even where operational and problem resolution activities are performed by other teams). You will have some 3rd party management experience, developing financial management, good negotiating skills as well as having some understanding of Business Continuity principles.
The role will involve being responsible for the Service Management of multiple services on a day-to-day, week-to-week basis including; reviewing and defining (and maintaining) service level requirements, defining, implementing and reviewing the method (an metrics) of measuring achievement of SLs and where necessary discussing these results with suppliers, colleagues and customers.
