A global electronics firm is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work in their dynamic team. You will be responsible for recording / managing incidents to resolution under agreed SLA's. You will also manage the completion / implementation of software and hardware. You will act as a technical lead for globally driven projects and produce technical documents for business analysis. Technically you will be experienced with Windows XP/ Vista, Outlook, Blackberry, PC Anywhere, PC Security, McAfee and any previous knowledge of media applications would be an advantage.
