Global Media/ Entertainment Company currently requires an experienced Service Desk Analyst. You will record and manage incidents to resolution, manage the completion and implementation of customer hardware and software requests and act as project lead for a variety of projects. You will need to have excellent skills in Windows XP/ Vista, MS Outlook, Lotus Notes, Blackberry and any knowledge of bespoke media applications is a massive bonus.
