This is an exciting opportunity for a service manager to join a leading organisation in London.

The position will be to be responsible of Service Management of multiple services on a day-to-day, week-to-week basis.

You will be reviewing and defining service level requirements and defining, implementing and reviewing the method of measuring achievement of SLs

Essential experience:

- Service management experience
- ITIL Practitioner or manager certified (essential)
- Experience of managing services within Service Level Agreements and assisting in the development/ modification of new SLAs.
- a willingness to take ownership of problems.
- Some third party management experience
- Good negotiation experience
- Understanding of a variety of technical environments
- Good people management skills
