A leading Swiss bank is looking for a System Engineer for its Banking Application team!
The role:
An interesting position with globally challenging activities as a lead engineer
Development of your own batch ideas regarding software pilots, MDA/ MDD technologies etc.
Opportunity to develop and design batch infrastructure, platform parts and frameworks into the globally strategic IT software platform of Credit Suisse
Teamwork with brilliant people in a complex IT environment together with other technical experts
High degree of independence in the job
Responsibility to define parts of the JAP batch application architecture according to Credit Suisse overall architecture
Technical responsibility for a specific part of technical infrastructure and batch applications
Responsibility (together with onshore or offshore developers) for creating batch applications (Unix scripts and configurations) or batch components on time, in quality and on budget
The candidate must have:
Experience with HOST and Client/ Server infrastructures
Knowledge of J2EE, UNIX, JCL
High sense of responsibility and quality
Expertise in enterprise application integration technology
At least three years of experience as a lead engineer or technical project leader in medium or large sized projects
Practice in analysis, development (on mainframe and enterprise UNIX applications), design and effort estimation of new requirements
The ability and the will to communicate and lead a technical project
Good communication in English as the working language is English
