An International PQS of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers have an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager to work on exciting projects in the CARIBBEAN.
The position is a contract position for a minimum duration of 6 months
<b><u>The role of the Senior Project Manager</ b></ u>
The Senior Project Manager will be heading up a team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers on prestigious Leisure projects in the Caribbean, reporting directly to the Associate Director.
<b><u>What are they looking for in the Senior Project Manager?</ b></ u>
The Senior Project Manager:
* You will be from a Quantity Surveying background
* You will be Client facing
* You will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the Construction industry.
* BSc Quantity Surveying
* MRICS/ MCIOB
This position is immediately available therefore it is preferred that you are available in the nearest future.
<b><u>In Return…?</ b></ u>
The Senior Project Manager should expect a competitive salary dependant on skills and experience but should comprise of:
* Circa £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
* Medical
* Flights home
* Travel allowance
* Accommodation allowance
