Our client is looking for three Helpdesk Analysts to join their expanding technical support team.

You will be responsible for answering technical queries, ensuring that queries are resolved as efficiently as possible around Windows, Linux & Web based technical problems.

Ideally you should have previous experience of Technical Support and knowledge of Windows based applications, however IT Graduates looking to start a career in Technical Support will be considered.
