A market leader is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to provide Facilities support, ensure statutory compliance and project co-ordination for the business groups and tenants occupying multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
§ Maintain compliance with SHE policies and the control of contract personnel.
§ Maintain compliance with all statutory regulations to the site operations.
§ Ensure the efficient use of resources / labour and uphold continuous improvement.
§ Assist and support, as applicable the ISO accreditation processes 14001 and 18001
§ Ensure the physical security of all premises and as applicable.
§ Comply with Governance processes, company ethics policy, operational framework and business plan.
§ To maintain and achieve agreed budgets for all sites
You will be:
§ An experienced Facilities Manager
§ Experience of handling multiple sites
§ Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO18001
