My client, a major blue chip organisation, requires a client facing Service Manager to join their team at a time of huge investment and growth.
You will come from a similar large blue chip background and hold particular experience of IT Service Management processes and frame works (ITIL – ideally certified). Any experience of UNIX and Oracle is highly desirable but by no means essential.
You will be responsible for the quality of IT Services to internal clients and will sit between the business and the IT organisation.
